With respect towards the famous “Petrovačka Šljivovica” (Peter’s Plum Schnapps) and lovers of a little quality tipple, the place named ‘the house of fun’ will host the days of the schnapps – Plum, apple and pear schnapps. Organised distillation of the schnapps gives our guests not only an opportunity to learn the technology behind the making of rakija (schnapps) but also for degustation, association and relaxation.
“Čardaklije” is located close to Bosanski Petrovac, in the village of Vrtoče.
Čardaklije is in an ideal location – 12km (7.5 miles) from the National Park, Una, 2 hours from the Adriatic Sea and 70km (44 miles) from Plitvica Lakes.
Today in Čardaklije we are still working and living as our ancestors, the family Radošević, did 150 years ago
